Paloverde Apartments is a 6 unit complex.  Each unit is a 2 bedroom.  They are remodeled with new central heat pump/airconditioning units.  The rate in each of the units is based on the number of people in the unit.  A special discount is given to someone who lives by themselves and has no car and does not use the parking lot.  So my rate starts at $550.00 per month for one person with no parking.  A single person with one car would rent a 2 bedroom for $650.00 per month.  Two persons with one car could rent a 2 bedroom unit for $750.00.  (Rent for each additional person is $150.00.  There is a limit of one parking space per unit.  All other cars must park on the street)
